Springfield, Illinois – Yesterday, around 4:00 p.m., the Sangamon County Coroner’s Office responded to the 1400 block of East Capital in reference to a 27 year old male found deceased in his vehicle.
Today, Sangamon County Coroner, Jim Allmon, identified the male as Vincent M. Bell, of Springfield, Illinois.
An autopsy was conducted and there was no evidence of injury or trauma. Preliminary results of the autopsy are pending toxicology studies and additional testing.
