Springfield, Illinois – The owner of a Springfield restaurant is under fire after posting a Facebook status regarding George Floyd, a black man, who was killed in Minneapolis, Minnesota by four Minneapolis police officers.
The owner of DJ’s Cafe, John Price, recently posted on Facebook, “Fuck George Floyd!!! Your were a fucking criminal and a fucking thug!!! Yes you died of whatever!!! Your a piece of shit from the get go, you all can suck a bag of dicks if you think a pause in the game was worth his life, hate me all you want!!! Rant over!!!”
DJ’s Cafe is located at 915 W. Laurel St. According to their Facebook page, they have been in business since 1975.
